"This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive. "

"The house is absolutely delightful, very comfortable and situated in a lovely location. The terrace, gardens and swimming pool are great. The house is also very well equipped and cosy. Although we sent most of our stay driving round Tuscany perhaps the best day was spent on a sunny day simply enjoying the house, the terrace and the pool. Highly recommended"

"This hotel is actually not a hotel but a few rooms attached to the villa volpi hotel, a 10 minute steep walk up the hill. All meals and staff are found at villa volpi, there are no real facilities to speak of at suite accommodation. It's not as discribed in the information at all. In fact, we chose to upgrade for €70/night to stay at villa volpi. I would recommend villa volpi but not suite accommodation "

"This was a very last minute booking. Only arrived at 8.20pm. Found easily. Public parking available. Very tired "hotel". We were (i think) the only guests. The owner welcomed us with a smile and after 5 min or so showed is to our room. We just needed a sleep so didn't venture out into the town. Bit of road noise overnight, but the room served a purpose. Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just not anything special. "

Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. "We were fortunate to stay in the lower villa which was fabulous. With its own outdoor garden space and furniture we could relax at any time of day or evening. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of continental foods as well as eggs, sausage and bacon. "
