"An excellent location in the city area and close to the train station. Room is small but very clean and functional! I only wish the check-in process could have been made easier for guests although staff is very helpful. Enjoyed our one night stay! "

"Friendly staff. Excellent location near the castle and the cathedral. The microwave oven for the use of the guests is very convenient."

"It was more like a hostel, but was clean. It was hard to figure out how to get there and using the shower was kind of complicated. I had to ask for a cot, even though I asked them for double beds before I got there. Decent nights sleep."

"Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy."

"The roadworks outside were really noisy from 7am but nothing that the hotel could do about that"

"Very clean and tidy in a good location close to downtown. Everything we needed was there, and the owners are very thoughtful and nice, providing comprehensive information on how to access the property. I checked out a bit late and the owner lady told me to take time and no rush, definitely will be my first open if to visit Bologna again. "

"82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "
