The house is situated in a holiday residence closed with green areas and parking.
It is very close to the sea (1 min walk) near shops and water activities.

It has been completely renovated.

It includes an American kitchen: fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher electric hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, ...
Air conditioning was put in the bedroom and the living room.
The living area has two pull-out beds, a TV and a table with chairs.
The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

The room has a 160cm bed (new bedding) and is open to the terrace.

The two main rooms overlook the terrace, which makes them independent.

The toilet and bathroom are separated.

The apartment is extended by an overhanging terrace with outstanding sea views, equipped with a large table, sun loungers, and barbecue grill.

Free provision of an umbrella bed on request.

A deposit of € 400 will be required upon entry into the premises after inventory.
A cleaning fee of 50 € also applies.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR
Très belle copropriété située en face la mer à 30 mètres très bon accueil , petite maisonnette très propre et fonctionnelle .La propriétaire est vraiment sympa et très accueillante. Orientée plein sud- est le soleil brille en permanence Magnifiques balades a 5km a faire en forêt au milieu d'eucalyptus. Bonnes vacances à tous.

Belle situation très proche de la plage s, de la boulangerie salon de thé glacier, , très belle vue
Lieu très agréable, terrasse assez grande, donnant sur une vue sur mer . Nous avons acheté une barrière pour limiter l'accès de la terrasse au petit escalier. La propriétaire a pris en compte le besoin . Une très bonne semaine , Climatisation chambre et séjour

Très bon emplacement, plage sable blanc à 50m. Marie a été aux petits soins avec nous, très réactive quand la clim ne fonctionnait pas ou pour tout autre chose ! La location est conforme à l’annonce, la literie est super, tout l’électroménager est présent. Location vivement Recommandée!!

Les points positifs : la vue de la terrasse, la plage à proximité immédiate. Les points négatifs : peu d’entretien de la résidence, équipements de l’appartement (robinetterie, joints de la salle d’eau), parasol à disposition inutilisable, un transat cassé et non remplacé.
