The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. "We’re there for one night and it is a first class hotel. Just out of town with a beautiful view of the countryside. Lovely large room with a great bed and English tv channels. Only downside was we could barely hear the person next door snoring. Too bad but not loud enough to bother us."

"You really should stay here. The location is amazing right in the heart of town and amazing food and drinks next door. The operator was so kind. He jumped in my car to help me find parking (tough in these small Sicilian towns), bought my pizza later that night (without telling me) when he saw me at the restaurant next door, and then let me have an extended check out and refused to let me pay him back for the pizza.
