"Although the furnishings may be outdated, and the castle is a good drive uphill on an Italian twisty-road… we were very happy with our stay here: it’s a castle room! We enjoyed it. Be prepared for bird song in the morning, and beautiful valley vistas. Bring your wine and snacks: there are no shops around! Breakfast was included and it was good. Parking is a bit downhill but on property. Add 15 minutes to your expected drive to all area attractions and you will be fine. Enjoy Giomici castle! "

"The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "Este hotel es excepcionalmente bello, unico y perfecto para unas vacaciones en la Toscana. La propiedad esta impecable al igual que las habitaciones, super limpias, cómodas y A/C super fuerte (no muy comunes en Europa) Staff fue muy amable y la cena espectacular. Es un deleite caminar la propiedad. Literalmente en cada metro puede tomarte una foto de ensueños. Recomendamos este hotel 200%. Esta a solo minutos de Cortona una linda ciudad para visitar. Villa de Piazzano te dejara en shock con su belleza desde que vienes por la carretera entre una hilera interminable de pinos cipreses. Simplemente Stunning."
