"Although the furnishings may be outdated, and the castle is a good drive uphill on an Italian twisty-road… we were very happy with our stay here: it’s a castle room! We enjoyed it. Be prepared for bird song in the morning, and beautiful valley vistas. Bring your wine and snacks: there are no shops around! Breakfast was included and it was good. Parking is a bit downhill but on property. Add 15 minutes to your expected drive to all area attractions and you will be fine. Enjoy Giomici castle! "

"The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "No one in reception on arrival or departure. Only one small bottle of water in the room. ID cards left in the entry hall with no supervision. Very nice room, excellent location, very clean but totally lacking in "accoglienza"."

"Location molto bella, palazzo antico ma ben ristrutturato, nel pieno centro del paese, vicino a due ristoranti più che raccomandabili.La suite è arredata con cura e eleganza, forse solo un po' buia.. Simpaticissima e disponibile la giovane signora che gestisce la struttura. Decisamente il bed and breakfast più bello tra quelli visitati nel nostro giro nele Marche"
