It is on the ground floor and consists of a living/dining room with a cosy living and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen and a covered terrace. This holiday home is located in the authentic village of Piesendorf, near the well-known towns of Kaprun and Zell am See. The supermarket, restaurants and public transport are within easy walking distance.
You can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time by car or ski bus. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, at 3029 metres above sea level, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is extensive and fun for beginners and advanced skiers. From the slopes you have a beautiful view of the lake. The Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes.

A must in summer is a visit to the beautiful Stausee, with its panoramic views and modern hydropower plant. In Kaprun (4.5 km) there is an e-charging station for cars with six charging stations including a lounge where you can sit inside. There are also charging stations at the Maiskogel and Areithbahn (ski resorts) car parks
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
