"The lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly. I wish I got her name. The hotel looked brand new and was only a few minutes drive from the airport. Concerns are was that mattress in the pull out coach felt very thin compared to their pull outs that we have slept on. So that bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was insufficient each time the workers brought out food it would be enough for only a few people and other guests would have to wait. I felt really bad...

"Check in was easy and the suite had everything that was needed for a short stay. Room was spacious and location was great. Had a I’m room laundry which came in handy. The only thing that wasn’t exceptional was the shower head. It had very low pressure and was a stationary head. Would have appreciated a strong pressure shower. Otherwise a great stay!"

"The room was clean and staff was decent. There is false advertising that this is a Resort. It is just hotel rooms. They don’t have a pool or gym at this hotel. They give you a voucher to go to the ymca 10-15 mins away. It is not convenient. They don’t have golf at the hotel and is separate from the hotel. Overall except for the rooms nothing about this place is up to par with Westin standards."
