"Teresa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She answered my texts promptly if I had a question. The unit is well supplied with big and small appliances (except an oven/stove, but there is a hot plate, a microwave and a toaster oven). Lots of coffee & tea provided as well as kitchen supplies (dishes, cutlery, glasses, plates, trays, pots and pans, etc.). Clean beds. Very quiet area and short walk to a nice little beach. It was a nice place to relax. Close to restaurants. "

"Recycling and garbage as you walk to the entrance and you walk by looking into the owners kitchen. The main area is also used as a staff room? There is a sign on the fridge that says staff use only and clearly has staff’s food in it. You only actually get a bedroom with a lock on it and a bathroom with cleaning supplies mops etc on the wall. I absolutely did not feel safe especially when I came back and someone had been in the suite. This is not as advertised at all. "

Emma has a ton of local recommendations and pro tips. I’ve never interacted with a more responsive and welcoming host before on different vacation rental sites. Bravo through and through for such a lovely space, set of amenities, and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue, and the waffle maker! "

"This was a wonderful private home to stay in while in Victoria. Everything was drivable within 15 or 20 minutes. Quiet street. Beautiful kitchen set up with extras for the guests. Owner welcomes you to use anything in the kitchen. Signature feature is the gorgeous backyard deck lush with plants and flowering bushes. Owner very responsive to communications. We highly recommend anyone looking for a VRBO home to stay"
