"Les moins : le ménage n'est pas super bien fait.. l'aspirateur trop plein n'aspire pas... la vaisselle est trop juste..donc obligé de tourner le lave vaisselle souvient. Manque des balais pour le nettoyage rapide au quotidien. Les plus : l'emplacement, le calme ,la vue sur la Marne, le gardien sympathique et à l'écoute. Le côté pratique du gîte, et un bon rapport/qualité prix. Un gîte très agréable avec des choses à améliorer ..(voir plus haut )"

"We enjoyed this house a lot. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room cosy and the beds are wonderful. We slept like babies. The owner sent us to the Champagne producer next door. We lived the Champagne which is excellent and bought many bottles there. Great experience!"

Nadat we al enkele dagen ter plaatse waren hadden we een probleem met de eigenaar die beweerde niet met vrbo te werken voor de verhuur van het huis en er iemand anders geboekt stond om die dag de woning te betrekken.Hierdoor werd er gedreigd met de politie om ons uit de woning te zetten. Na contact met vrbo en contact tussen vrbo en de eigenaar werd het wel opgelost. Maar zou deze woning dus niet meer boeken via dit platform."

"We enjoyed our holiday however should point out to you a few issues we had with the arrival arrangements and the property itself. We received our departure information on the Monday 6th June, only 4 days before leaving home. This was too close to our departure. We received another email on 8th mentioning with a code for the key safe in case the Host, Angele couldn't meet us. At no point were we told that she would not be there. The code given was wrong and we received another email 2 days...

"From the moment I arrived at the Radisson in Reims, I was greeted by staff who made me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their consistent attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a positive first impression. Throughout my stay, team members were eager to assist with any request, whether I needed information about the city or support during the check-in process. Their professionalism was evident and truly set the tone for my visit. My room was clean and inviting, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The attentive staff and high standards of cleanliness make this hotel an outstanding choice for travelers. "
