"Everything was great! The check in card did say there was an elevator, which there was not. Not an issue for me but may present an issue for someone with a mobility issue as it was on the third floor with steep steps. "

"Incredible apartment that has two beds. There is a pull out couch on the first floor and the main bed is up some stairs to a loft. Im almost 2 meters so i let my shorter friend stay there but i could have fit, but would have been a little tight. The location could not be more perfect a block from the main plaza, a trolly stop, and a few blocks to the beach or Old Nice"

"Appartement très calme, les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure et non sur le boulevard, il est très bien situé, au centre de Nice, à 500m de la plage et de la promenade des Anglais, et à 15 minutes à pieds du vieux Nice. Un arrêt de tram juste à côté ainsi que des arrêts de bus. Des magasins et épiceries juste en bas de l'immeuble. Et climatisé !!! La propreté était moyenne, on a retrouvé des cheveux un peu partout, et problème de fourmis dans l'appartement malgré qu'il soit au 3ème étage."

"Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU).
