"I stayed two nights in a twin room. The view was beautiful and the hostel was in a very convenient place: 5 minute walk to the Piazza Unità and 20 minutes to the bus station. The room was clean and well furnished with two small dressers, a chair and two bedside tables. Check-in was a little confusing, as the entrance door is locked. You have to buzz the receptionist to have the door unlocked, then climb several floors to the hostel. They were ready to keep my luggage while I waited for check-in time. Breakfast is served from 8-10 am and has a good variety of items available. However, towels (hand and shower) were not provided, which was unfortunate because I would not have had the space in my small luggage to bring my own, even if I had known before arriving. Overall, this hostel felt safe even as a solo female traveler and was perfect for a short stay exploring Trieste. The whole hostel is nicely decorated, staff is friendly and other travellers are respectful."

"All staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, pristine and had a great view to the marina. The restaurant was stellar: we had an amazing gourmet dinner there last night where we were pleasantly surprised with not listed appetizers, amuse bouche and deserts. The serving staff were true professionals. If a change can be made would be: For some reason we were not able to add a tip to our bill so we had to use our emergency cirrency exchanged funds for the tip."

"Superb staff extremely helpful before I arrived, nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is immaculate all rooms have seaviews over Adriactic sea, 10 min bus ride from town centre bus tickets available from hotel and a mere 200mtr walk to bus stop. Restaurant food was superb and reasonably priced. Please note there are no irons in hotel but do offer a off site laundry and ironing service. "
