"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. "The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant. However the only thing that was left from what used to be a playground was a swing. Everything...

"The room we got nr 14 has no privet table and chair out side so you are stack in the rooms or walk to public seating area. Pool is far a way is challenge to get there, no info on that on the web site. The staff is very nice and helpful over all is OK but in the area you can find better place to stay."
