Great brand new house in Parbayon, with all amenities on hand where you can enjoy Cantabria like never before. For both beach and mountain lovers, the home is located in a strategic location within walking distance of everything one is looking for.
The house is distributed over three floors, in the first we can find a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a small bathroom. In the first floor we will find one bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. On the top floor is the other bedroom where we can enjoy a double bed and two single beds.It is also important to mention that the house has a private garage.
