"A lovely gite in a beautiful remote rural setting with a fantastic pool in an enclosed courtyard. The surrounding countryside is very picturesque but near to the pretty towns of Brantome and Boudeilles. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (including 3 teenagers). The house also has a large lawned area, great for our dog! Our host Pam was very kind and helpful, communicated well about our booking, and made us a mean lemon drizzle cake! "Our party of 16 had a really wonderful time staying in this farmhouse. The house and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The house was brilliantly equipped and we were able to enjoy doing lots of cooking. The pool and outdoor area were so great that we didn’t want to leave the house much and spent most of the stay having pool days and playing games in the grounds. We will be back!"

"We had a great stay with Cath. The gite is extremely well equipped with all the extras you need including washing liquid, dish washer tabs etc. the bed is very big and comfortable with good quality bedding; my husband is 6ft 4 and he found the bed a good size. There is a great garden and private pool; great for us and our dog. The nearest bakery is a 10 minute drive but a van delivering fresh bread and pastries comes to the hamlet twice a week. "Très beau gite au calme, proche des sentiers de randonnées. A portée de voiture de lieux historiques à visiter. Ron est un hôte discret et attentif. Important pour nous : notre chien a été bien accueilli et a profité du beau jardin. Nous reviendrons. Very nice quiet cottage, close to hiking trails.
