"This was my first time to stay in a downtown hotel where you don't walk into the front desk on the ground floor, but this works. You park your car, then take the elevator to the fourth floor to check in. Dog decor---quirky and fun! Modern design, super-clean room and bathroom. Excellent location! I would definitely stay here again if I were in this city. "

"At check in I was asked for a card to charge me $50. They mentioned $3 a day fee and incidentals. They couldn't clearly explain this. I paid it. Upon check out I was nicely told by someone else that this $50 would be refunded once check out was complete. It was back in my account that afternoon. However, the $3 a day equaling $9 was then charged to my card. I just would appreciate all fees charged up front at time of payment instead of a surprise at the check in desk."
