"The room I was allocated was comfortable, clean. It has balcony (not private but I did not mind as chatted with neighbours with side view to the water. Room was also spacious. I like that it has plates and cutlery. The hotel is a very walking distance to the water ferries to Queen Charlotte sounds. "

"We arrived late from the Wellington Ferry, but the parking and instructions were clear. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with the added benefit of a complimentary breakfasts including freshly home made scones. The kitchen and shared areas were well appointed and very homely.
