"Great place with a great location for fishing on Lake Fork. Private dock and boat ramp is a major bonus. Huge house very well maintained, clean, and everything you need."

"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"I enjoyed a peaceful stay at this property. My wife and I enjoyed waking up to the sounds of chirping birds, leaves bristling in the wind, the sights of beautiful livestock and, nature. The host was always available via text and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away from the hustle of a major city or life. "Attended a wedding event in a nearby town, this home was great for us to relax and unwind between gatherings. Everything was clean and all things were as described in the listing. Would strongly look into renting this house again down the road."

"The house was very nice, and matched the pictures well. It looked to have been remodeled recently. It had the largest island in the kitchen that I have ever seen! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the towels were new and high quality, even the paper products were top spec. There’s a grocery store just a few miles away, and Winnsboro is a nice town to spend some time in."

"This is one awesome rental. First the property was beautiful, clean, and so so so convenient. The rooms are all huge and up to date. Very nice kitchen, washer /dryer, large screened in porch and weber grill out back over looking the lake... perfect. The private boat ramp that will never be crowded is a couple hundred yards away. Lake fork marina is practically next door and their cafe has the best breakfast around. Just a few minutes drive to surrounding cities, groceries, fuel stations , bait...

"Great little bungalow with everything you need and then some. The bed was very comfy, everything was clean, the heater kept the space plenty warm, & the owner was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. The room had a large nice TV that was comfortably seen from the bed. It was just what we needed. We wanted to get away for a few days & recoup from the holidays, but we didn't want to be too far from home. This place fit the bill & worked out nicely. Even though the owner was in the house...

"Host was very responsive. House was well stocked with everything you need and even the things you may have forgotten. House and boat dock was just as described and dock was great to fish off and had green light for night fishing. A lot of outdoor seating with shade. Was a great trip overall and we will book again next trip to Lake Fork."
