Below the hill town of Pićan, just 15 kilometers from the beach, you will find this beautiful pool villa and its 1 hectare garden.

An open terrace with a grill and a dining table overlooks the pool, where you can spend most of your time in Istria.

The house consists of two houses on the ground floor (brown and yellow houses on the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably furnished. In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

This arrangement of Villa Maslina offers a special opportunity for a larger group of friends or two families who want to spend the vacation together.

Amazing house and hosts

The house is exactly as described and ideal for a big group of friends, we had a lot of fun there. The hosts are really nice and everything about the check-in and check-out worked without a problem. We would definitely recommend it and consider visiting again!

great mansion(s) and very friendly owners

My friends and I (11 people in total) stayed here for 7 days and it was great First we got a warm welcome from the host-famliy with self-made wine and some food with self-made olive oil We had plenty of space in the houses as well as outside, otherwise we had no problems/shortcomings and we knew that we could have gotten help at all times The day of departure was very relaxed as well and there were no complications whatsoever, we could even buy some of the wine and oil which was great I can definitly recommend it, thanks for the good time

Perfect for two families together

Beautiful land and well stocked home. Grateful for the air conditioning. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. The surrounding area is also absolutely beautiful. Stunningly clear gorgeous water-but bring water shoes of some sort-the pebble beaches are hard on bare feet. We have always vacationed in France but Croatia is my new favorite. And exactly this home. Everything was perfect. Melita was a wonderful hostess. Charted a boat from Rabac and spent the afternoon visiting the caves and beaches of Cres. Absolutely worth it! I cannot wait to return!!!!

Heerlijke vakantie week op prachtige locatie

Heerlijk verblijf in Piçan, privé-terrein met twee bungalows voor eigen gebruik. Ruim, goed onderhouden en schoon. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren met lokale lekkernijen als wijn en kaas. De week afwisselend doorgebracht aan het zwembad en met de vele activiteiten die in de omgeving te doen zijn. Lekker gegeten bij diverse restaurant maar ook prima "thuis" kunnen koken. Zeker een aanrader voor een relaxte week op dit schiereiland.

Wir wurden hervorragend empfangen mit Wein Wassermelone, Käseplatte, Brot und Olivenöl alles selbst gemacht. Das Haus ist echt schön und mit zwei Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Der Mann der Vermieterin ist Arzt und hat uns sehr gut geholfen als meine kleine eine Mittelohr Entzündung bekommen hat.

Beste Villa in Kroatien

Seit vielen Jahren fahre ich mit verschiedenen Gruppen und meiner Familie nach Kroatien in verschiedene Villen. Aber diese hier war seit über 9 Jahren mit Abstand die beste und schönste Villa in der ich jemals war. Außenrum ist wirklich nichts. Aber genau das war für uns richtig. Wir konnten Abends Musik hören wie wir wollten. Und trotzdem hat man innerhalb von 20-40minuten jede große Stadt in Istrien erreicht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist riesig und bis ins kleinste Detail mit Liebe dekoriert. Alleine der Empfang mit Käse, eigenem Olivenöl und eigenem Rot und Weißwein war das Highlight. Wir sind bereits am überlegen sie nächstes Jahr direkt wieder zu buchen.

Tolles Haus in einer attraktiven Gegend! Auch perfekt für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Dazu kommt noch die lobenswerte Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Insgesamt eine toller Urlaub!

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison de Pican. Maison extrêmement bien équipée, spacieuse, propre et d’un grand calme. Les hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil royal. Je recommande vivement!

Wir haben einen Urlaub mit Freunden gemacht und wollten Feiern und Spaß haben in der Unterkunft. Das war uns definitiv möglich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt wo es nur ging. Sehr zu empfehlen für Jung und Alt

Tolles Haus in grüner Umgebung

Wir wurden herzlich und mit jahreszeitlichen und landestypischen Snacks empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Häuser mit gemeinsamer Terrasse und Pool eignen sich gut, um gemeinsam Urlaub zu machen, sich aber bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Das Grundstück bietet einen tollen Blick auf Pican und die umliegenden Hügel und ist von viel Grün umgeben. Der Pool ist praktisch, groß und hat bei uns für viel Spaß gesorgt. Eine Außendusche und Sitz- und Liegeplätze runden das ganze ab. Außerdem kann man zu jeder Tageszeit einen schattigen Platz auf der Terrasse, unter Bäumen oder unterm Sonnenschirm finden. Die Häuser sind sehr gut gepflegt und praktisch ausgestattet. In der Küche sind die Basics (Messer, Schäler, Brett, Käsereibe, Sieb, Rührgerät, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine usw.) vorhanden und wir kamen damit gut zurecht. Einkaufsgelegenheit gibt es 20-30 min Autofahrt entfernt in Labin oder Pazin. Einzig der Verkehrslärm hat uns zeitweise gestört. Vom Haus aus kann man in 30-60 min etliche Ausflugsziele in Istrien erreichen - bummeln, baden oder wandern. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Park Kamenjak an der Südspitze von Istrien zum Wandern und Baden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder mal in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Super Ferienhaus für mehrere Familien / Freunde

Wunderbare Anlage. Sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich mit Wein, Likör, Obst und Käse empfangen. Perfekt für mehre Familien geeignet. Wir waren 3 Familien. Die Fahrt zum Strand nach Rabac dauert ca. 30min. Nach Pula ca. 1 Stunde Fahrt.

idyllischer Urlaub

...wer dieses Objekt wählt bekommt herzliche, aufmerksame Gastgeber, eine sehr gute und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung, bei der es an nichts mangelt, eine ruhige abgeschiedene Lage, toll zum entspannen und Zeit unter sich genießen, ein großartiger Ausblick über die Landschaft, Istrien zum genießen... muss man mögen, denn die nächste Bar/Restaurant oder Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln sind nur per Auto zu erreichen... wir wollten das auch einfach so :-) und haben uns wohl gefühlt und super erholt... ein toller Urlaub!!! Perfekter Ort für ein Familienurlaub

Wir wurden von der ganzen Familie mit Obst, Olivenöl, Wein und Likör empfangen, als wären wir bereits jahrelange Dauergäste. Schöner kann ein Urlaub nicht beginnen. Das Objekt ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß genug zum planschen und um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten für Kinder als auch Erwachsene sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Vor allem der Billardtisch und der Basketballkorb war ein Highlight. Die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück frisch gepflückte Feigen zu essen war ein ganz besonderes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Straße, die leider doch befahrener war als gedacht. Rund um war es aber ein gelungener Urlaub! Wir können dieses perfekt ausgestatte Urlaubsdomizil nur empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus, nette Vermieter, Top Service

Super schöne Anlage, sehr sauber und gepflegt, toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen. Die Vermieter waren super 👍🏻 Freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. Werden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Unser Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Immobilie und auch die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Wir waren 11 Jugendliche und waren keineswegs eingeschränkt was gute Stimmung und etwas lautere Musik angingen da die Vermieter sehr tolerant waren. Alles in allem hatten wir eine unvergessliche Zeit zu der in großen Teilen die Unterkunft beigetragen hat.

Sehr schöner Familien Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche Familien Urlaub mit insgesamt vier Familien dort im wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und perfekt für mehrere Familien geeignet da jeder etwas Freiraum hatte durch die getrennten Häuser. Der Außenbereich ist der Hammer, die Kinder konnten Fahrrad auf dem Gelände fahren und Ball spielen, das Klettergerüst mit Schaukel und die vorhandene Spielzeug Kiste haben vor einige freie Stunden beschert 😀 der Pool war super für den Nachmittag und mit den Kindern super entspannt. Das einzige Manko was aber auch seine gute Seite hatte war die Lage. Das Haus ist sehr abgeschieden, man hat seine Ruhe und kann auch mit Kindern laut sein. Man fährt zum Strand aber schon eine halbe Stunde und zum einkaufen auch ungefähr 15 Minuten. Wenn man es aber einplant kann man sich darauf einstellen und schon morgens früh zum Strand aufbrechen 😃😃 die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und super freundlich. Wir wurden ganz nett mit Käse Melone und Getränken begrüßt.

Top Unterkunft

Wir waren dort als Jugendgruppe mit 10 Personen. Wir wurden sofort mit Wein und einigen Snacks empfangen. Die Wohnungen und der Garten sind top gepflegt und sauber. Wir konnten auch Nachts die Musik lauter drehen ohne Probleme mit Nachbarn oder ähnlichem zu bekommen. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft gerne wieder.

Fantastisch huis - de beste gastvrouw/gastheer ooit!!

Wij werden ontvangen door de gastvrouw en haar gezin met fruit, wijn en hapjes. Een ontvangst zoals wij dit nog nooit hebben meegemaakt. Ook gedurende de vakantie hebben we een aantal vragen aan de gastvrouw gesteld, waarbij wij geweldig zijn geholpen. Ook een cadeautje voor zoon die jarig was tijdens de vakantie. Dochter die met onze kinderen lavendel ging knutselen. Melita, Ivica en kinderen zijn de aardigste mensen die wij ooit getroffen hebben tijdens het huren van huizen. Het "huis" bestaat uit twee huizen met prachtige uitzichten waar wij met twee gezinnen verbleven. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. De huizen en het zwembad waren heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Buiten onder een afdak staat een grote tafel wat voor ons het centrale punt van de vakantie was. Samengevat een prachtig huis in een geweldige omgeving, maar de gastvrouw/gastheer hebben dit verblijf tot een vakantie gemaakt die wij nooit meer zullen vergeten.

Fijne formule om te reizen met 2 gezinnen wegens 2 aparte woonsten

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit verblijf. Alles was aanwezig. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Mooi zicht en tamelijk rustig gelegen. Het verblijf lag aan een tamelijk drukke weg, waar wel steeds een auto te horen was.

Wunderschöne 10 Tage mit zwei Familien

Super freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Viel Platz und ein sehr schöner Pool mit Sonne von morgens bis abends. Es sind auch genug Schattenplätze vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, alles ist sauber und in wirklich gutem Zustand!

Erholung pur!

Mitten in einer Idylle zwischen Olivenbäumen, konnten wir den Stress des Alltages hinter uns lassen. Das gemütliche Flair der Grundstückes, haben wir sehr genossen! Der Fahrweg zu verschiedenen Stränden und sehenswerten Städten sind gut zu erreichen! Die Eigentümer mit Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Zwei schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Häuser mit Klimaanlage, großem Grill, top Pool und großem Gelände. Das Meer ist leider min. 30 Minuten entfernt und die Straßen sind sehr kurvig. Ansonsten aber absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern.
