"Great property, just a 15 minute walk from the Bellano restaurants, shops, passenger boats. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station. The suite was very comfortable and newly renovated. The staff was amazing: Mateo, Jessica and Deborah. They were happy to help us book train tickets and other events. That was so helpful since we don’t speak Italian. Their English was great. Breakfast each morning was delicious and very convenient. I enjoyed a cocktail each night as well. A comment about the bathroom in our suite: There is no privacy when using the toilet. The door is see through glass, so you will need to have a “don’t look”agreement with your spouse. I found it odd, but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying. Parking is challenging. We had a rental car. You can just hand your keys to Mateo and he will park your car for you. If you don’t need a car, just take the train to Bellano to get there. Its an easy walk."

"Great location near the train station. Sister hotel to the Park Hotel. We were able to use the Park Hotel outdoor pool, which is in a very nice park-like setting. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again. "

"The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay."

"This is a new hotel but a little off the main part of town. Having a car is a must but figure out how to get to the hotel before you get there. There are no signs that makes it confusing "

"The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R. We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost). Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available. Holiday of a lifetime! "
