It was advertised as having AC, but only had one weak portable unit that couldn’t cool the home below 27C (80F), making it unsafe for our newborn who was overheating and crying nonstop. "We stayed here on 20th to 23rd September 2024, myself and two friends. The apartment was ideal, very clean and spacious. The host communicated really well and provided all instructions and guidance, answering any queries swiftly! Train station 5 minutes walk, ferry port also. Plenty restaurants and bars, wished we had stayed longer, would highly recommend!"

"Perfect location - walk to everything - restaurants, shops, two small grocery stores / delis. Five minute walk to the ferry to get you anywhere else. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, looking at the incredible views and people watching was fabulous. And both Giorgio and Alberto were great and always around and accessible if needed. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for our four-night stay. "

"The view from the terrace is amazing! A wonderful and relaxing place to spend time on Lake Como. The location is very convenient to the ferry in Varenna. You can’t walk easily to Varenna but the drive is quick and parking was easy in the garage. If you are looking for beauty and relaxation, this is the perfect place. "

"Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didn’t use the terrace as much as I’d hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isn’t silent, there is still some life around you. "
