Good: spacious room, friendly owner who is responsive to all your questions, amazing breakfast, okay WiFi, and free parking.
Bad: free parking is 300m away from the property, google map is not updated yet of the recent changed ( one way) and one way signage too small and need more cups and pots inside the room(Owner gave us some pots to use).
Overall, the stay was lovely with picturesque views in both morning and evening."
"This is about 30 minutes outside Florence but a really cool, quiet location! It was nice to be outside of the cities and take a break from the crowds. The hotel had a ton of amenities and the staff was super nice. You would need a car if you are staying here (unless you want to pay for cabs), there is free parking though. "

Wir waren zu Fuß und ohne Auto unterwegs,das ging gut mit dem Bus. Allerdings gab es keinen Fußweg zur Unterkunft (wofür Tomasso natürlich nichts kann) - nur als Info falls man die Unterkunft ohne Auto buchen möchte. Mit Auto ist das kein Problem und schnell erreichbar von Florenz aus. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt,danke!"

"Hotel David was very welcoming and gave us information on the surrounding area, transportation and sights in Florence. They provide free mini bar drinks and a free cocktail hour in their garden. They also gave us a l gift when we checked out. Would highly recommend"
"Upside is that breakfast was included. Dinner menu was limited in choice. There were no lighter options. For example; salad, charcuterie board. The gardens and view are spectacular. The walls are surprisingly thin. I could clearly hear people’s conversations as well other activities. Air conditioning was working well which was appreciated during the warm days. "Our overnight stay here was great. Upon arriving we were asked if we wanted to dine in the restaurant that night and reserved us a spot (the food was delicious so highly recommend). The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed plus the bed was comfy.

"We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
