"Room was quite small and dark, felt like a university dorm. Location wise it was great, right next to the station but i wouldn't say that this is a 4 star hotel. The shower pressure was really weak and it kept hissing, every other second it was change between scorching hot and then cold, the stand/bar which holds the shower head was also broken and loose from the wall. "
"We enjoyed staying at this place. We took the tram 9 from the train station and only walked about 3 minutes to get to our hotel. Super friendly staff! It was very clean and also had a place to do our laundry.
We really enjoyed our stay there!"

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious with A/C that actually worked amazingly!! The area is perfect with everything you need in close proximity, but not super busy. Also a super easy quick transit to the centre of Milan. Would definitely come back in the future!"
"It was reminiscent of the grand Budapest hotel. The concierge Bernie was amazing, understanding and helpful and the other staff as well. Just a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff.."
"This hotel had good location as it was easy to access the subway to get to the city, great breakfast, very friendly stuff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. I would recommend it to anyone."
