"I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. We want the money back!"

"Fabio and Theresa were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. This location is very walkable and the Inn provides free nearby parking. The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. L'ostello è pulitissimo e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Ritornerò sicuramente, magari questa estate sperando di poter assistere anche agli spettacoli del gruppo teatrale che ha in gestione l'ostello.
