"Great place for a local beach break. The room was large, clean and had a balcony and mini fridge. Nice check in and lobby. Great breakfast buffet out on the Monte Cristo patio. We also had dinner at Monte Cristo (make a reservation using The Fork app) and the food was wonderful and appropriately priced. The beach is a toss the road and we chose to use the Umberto Beach Club that cost 23 Euros for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along the sea. Not too busy for May, but I can see how it will be crazy in the summer. Also nice mercato nearby to get snacks, water, wine and beer. Really recommend this place for something different and more local Italian vibe. PS Everyone speaks English so no troubles. Also street parking is free and safe."

"Pros: breathtaking views, wine tasting was lovely and staff was very knowledgable and personable, Breakfast was excellent lots of options. Room was beautiful and well appointed The bed was “a true king size” as per North American standards and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night on route from Cinque Terre to Rome; We should’ve planned for two nights at least. Pool was very nice. Also, I was contacted by staff that I had forgotten a clothing item I after we left. Most places would just not bother to contact patrons. They offered to send it to us at our next location. It was not worth it to us, but it was greatly appreciated that they put in the effort. Grazie Mille! Class act. Cons: small thing. We had to ask for the bill three times at dinner and waited about 15 minutes. "

"The hotel is directly across from a beautiful beach about 100 m. away. Our room had a nice, compact balcony. We asked for an extra chair and were accommodated nicely. The elevator/lift is rather small. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. "

"This hotel was like visiting your Italian family. Sara was so kind and helpful, she arranged rides and suggested fun things for the kids. The lunches and dinner were delicious!!! And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "

"Best stay ever "

"We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). But best of all is the large swimming pool which is situated across from the property in an olive grove. The hosts were very friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. The only criticisms (not the fault of the hosts!) was a nearby property at the foot of the hill - they had very noisy farming equipment that they used at evenings and weekends, as well as a nuisance dog that barked all day long. Had it not been for this, our stay would've been a complete paradise."
