"My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort.
