"Beautiful and comfortable hotel"

"Relatively speaking, for hotels by Old Downtown Phuket the Novotel Hotel is very nice. The staff is professional and very friendly. The reception area is beautiful and impressive. The room was nice and the sleeping area was clean. The bathroom wasn’t properly stocked with paper products. The balcony was dusty and there were bird droppings along the banister. But the view from our balcony was amazing!! All-in-all it was a very very nice stay. "

Smooth, early check in—high five, we’d just flown halfway across the globe and were six hours early, we didn’t ask, they just said our room was ready(!)—and seamless checkout with assistance with sightseeing and transfer to next location; all staff exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms thoughtfully appointed and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast add on was perfect. Small, boutique hotel in perfect location for Sunday night market, shopping, massage. Exceptional value."
