I arrived late and there is no one on the lobby, I keep calling them no answer, knocked the front gate, no answer, about an hour later, I have to go find a other hotel’s at 3 am in a unknown country by myself!!!!! The hotel over called me back or email me for checks in … I try to get the refund and they rejected saying that was my fault and didn’t show up ontime!!! Please please don’t book with them.."

"I am disabled and am dependent on the use of 2 crutches. The room they put me in did not have easy accessibility to the swimming pool. I could not climb the stairs to access the pool and it was really far and difficult for me to access the old building to reach the pool so I could not fully enjoy my stay. Also, the street noise was something to contend with. The other thing I did not like were the prostitutes at the Legends Sports Bar across the street. I TRAVELED WITH MY young kids so this was awkward to explain. Other than that, it was enjoyable."
