"One of the best hotels stays we have had in Bangkok. The staff from the time we arrived and entered the hotel with baggage pickup followed by reception were wonderful. The cleaning staff were good. The sky Lounge area and staff were kind and amazingly helpful and ready to serve. The pool was nice and clean. The only thing we did not have a chance to enjoy was the Steam room which was down during our stay :-( We spent most of our time at the hotel enjoying the amenities. There is a large mail (terminal 21) nearby that offers shopping, food and movies. It is definitely my new go to hotel when I have to stay in Bangkok. "

"This is in a less tourist side of town - gives one a true feel of what and where locals live and do. Still a lot of things to do and see. The hotel is connected to a department store so it’s very convenient for shopping, food selections. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is also an area of complimentary food and drink available for customers. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed. "
