Basic. But clean and nice. Big pool but being December was too cold. Late Spring probably very nice.

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
Desk was friendly. Server at dinner was the absolute worst! Extremely rude. Room was clean. Shower door doesn't seal and water goes everywhere. Beds very hard. Great pillows!

Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts
Stayed during low season. Food and beverages were good. Beautiful hotel. Front desk very helpful and nice. Pool service was terrible. Slow and bad attitude. Friendly shop keepers and food store staff.

Hotel Valley Ho
Outstanding resort. All of staff was great. We were there for a wedding (at the resort), and that could not have been better either

Scottsdale Plaza Resort
Room was clean, towels were nice and soft! It was difficult to find though as there wasn't clear labels for the office or our room building until you got close. Any road storms showed the villas numbers.
