Welcome to our cozy lakefront home with private pool and tons of beautiful outdoor areas. This stunning Lakefront property is private resort living at it finest! A luxurious 4 bedroom home, complete with a large covered patio, tiki bar, outdoor built in grill-- it's perfect for hosting family reunions, a winter golf getaway with friends, or for a snow bird get away. Only 1 mile from Historic Downtown Chandler, and within a short drive of over 10 world class golf courses.
The space
Where to start.... this home boasts lots of amazing communal spaces to hang out. There is a cozy living room complete with a real wood fireplace and vaulted ceilings, that then opens to a formal dining room with a large table. Next to that, there is a chefs kitchen with all that you could need to cook up a storm, complete with a breakfast table and bar, more sofa seating and our TV. The doors from the kitchen/family room open to a very spacious covered outdoor hangout area, complete with a good sized patio table and chairs, built in outdoor BBQ, hammock and twinkle lights. Just passed the covered are is the very large pool and sun bathing areas that also look out on the picturesque man made lake. The lake is not set up for swimming but we have a nice private dock to enjoy the sunsets or take the paddle boat out from.

The Rooms

The Master bedroom (King bed) has a huge private master bath with jacuzzi tub, double sinks, granite countertops, more closet space than you will have a use for, and a tiled shower. The Master has a private flat screen TV and adjoins a private sunny office with French doors opening to the patio oasis and pool facing the lake. This is an excellent place to ‘work from home’!

Three additional full bedrooms are well apportioned with Queen beds, full closets and there are two additional bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone.

If you're traveling on business, or looking for a lakefront get-away, this is a beautiful choice. Our home is 1 mile from Downtown Chandler with shopping, breweries, and terrific restaurants. It is a short walk or bike from a 25+ mile canal for biking/walking/running the Consolidated Canal Path.

There is basketball and parks within less than a 5 minute walk. The community pool and spa are a street away (1/4 mile), but don't forget the key fob to get in and out! If you choose to just relax, this house is home to all amenities you could need: complete kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal, well appointed coffee bar, very large private pool, paddle boat, grill, indoor fireplace, wifi, cable, netflix, and much more.

A desert paradise, Chandler and the nearby Phoenix area provide access to great tourism opportunities, including day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson, and Tombstone, to name a few. Local shopping and dining include everything from tasty Mexican food to steaks to classy sushi to posh shopping in nearby Scottsdale

The garage is two car and the driveway has another three spaces. The parking around the house is described in guest access and is strict. Please review prior to booking.

There are certain risks associated with using the private pool and paddleboat and please use at your own risk. As owner, we assume no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the pool or the paddleboat. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring in or around the lake. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding the pool and lakefront and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. By accepting this reservation, you accept this clause.

Guest access
You will enter through the front door. There is space for two cars in the driveway.
There are four parking spaces in total between the driveway and in front of the house. Parking in front of next door neighbors is not advised and is subject to tow.

Other things to note:

Long term rentals only, minimum four weeks.

We generally do not turn on the pool heater until early spring (late march) as the evenings tend to be cooler, and it’s very expensive to heat when the outdoor temps are cold. If you are booking in mid to late spring, the pool can be heated for an additional fee or you can just use it unheated for a refreshing dip!
