This waterfront gem offers budget-smart luxury with 5 bedrooms, including 3 king suites—perfect for large families or groups. The downstairs primary features a king bed and ensuite. Upstairs, another primary has a fireplace and spa-like bath with a soaking tub. Relax in spacious living areas with a comfy sectional, formal dining, and separate living room. The massive kitchen has a breakfast bar, sunny dining nook, and all the appliances you'll need.

Outdoor Living:
Your private oasis includes a heated and chilled pool, spa, sun loungers, outdoor living area, and lakefront views. Fire up the outdoor kitchen for al fresco meals by the water.

Extras include a sauna, pontoon boat rental available for $450 per month, full laundry room, super fast WiFi, a two-car garage, and three fireplaces.

Shop at SanTan Village, hike Freestone Park or Riparian Preserve, golf, visit local breweries, or take a day trip to the Phoenix Zoo or Desert Botanical Garden.

SPLASH:
Pool heat is $65 per day plus tax. Spa heat is included year-round.

Damage Protection:
Your reservation includes a non-refundable plan covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage. Does not cover negligence or pet damage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violations result in a $300 fee and liability for any damages. A/C cannot be set below 70°F. Electricity cap applies for stays over 30 nights. Gorgeous property, even more beautiful than the photos. The house was meticulously decorated, clean and well maintained. EVR provided excellent and quick customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The house was great. Had only one issue with the spa. Elite was unable to get it to work consistently with the pool heat not turned on. 2x a day it would mix the water and the spa would take 7 hours to heat up again. It was unusable for most of the 9 days. They tried a few things but eventually gave up and became unresponsive. Even with the spa issues which were very important to us, the place is great.
