This property is located in a great area for Shopping and Restaurants. A quality golf course is right outside the gates, and a great walking trail borders the property.

The condo location in Paradise Valley was great! However, the condo has old, worn out cabinets with limited dishes and utensils tossed into scratched drawers. The bathtub is BAD and bathroom has more old, worn out cabinets. Bedding is sketchy. The coffee table is WAY too large for the couch. The nice patio needs new furniture! Would NOT recommend this property in its present condition.

Our stay was great, loved the pools. Communication with owner was easy. Perfect location and secure. Bed was comfy. The unit could use a bit of updating, carpets need cleaning and could use more dishes and towels, blankets and pillows for hide-a-bed but overall as advertised.

I would stay here again knowing I was paying a little too much. A fully equipped kitchen means some mediocre pots & pans...not one large cooking spoon or baking dish, includes salt & pepper. Two pans were dirty and one too scratched up to use. Drawers in kitchen and bathroom squeak (except for the one we sprayed w WD40), one is broken. Bath cabinets are worn and scraped. Ceilings partially painted in bath area. NO bugs!!! (That's important.) Wrong entry door directions. No TV control directions (nor channel list) as requested (well, there was a brochure for a different remote). Worn carpet but requested not to wear shoes. TV works well other than it keeps wanting to change the channel (control issue I don't know how to fix nor did I cause, pretty annoying). Two kitchen chairs missing.
A lot of little things that we lived with for 3 weeks. Felt like we overpaid a little but most things were booked when we looked. Owner responded but just wasn't warm about it (such as telling me she left TV control instructions). Once we accepted the condition, we moved on and enjoyed our stay buying what we needed to cook with (and taking it with us).
We love the complex and have stayed before in a dif unit. Well maintained complex in desirable location. Friendly neighbors. We were very late checking out (we'd gotten Covid & weren't feeling great) and she was pretty good about the inconvenience.

So many things wrong at this place,be sure to read the other bad reviews! We asked if issues were taken care of at time of booking and they told us yes,an outright LIE, we showed up to black mold, rusted out fixtures, unsafe patio furniture, dirty dirty dirty, all things are like second hand or things that were not wanted by someone else, etc. when tried 4 times to ask owner for some money back, they would not respond! Slider doors dont lock and the patio floods out from upstairs washing machine and much more, again read all reviews.

There were a lot of little things that weren’t up to the high standards of other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at ... that being said, it has a comfortable king size bed, looks out over the 9th hole of Stonecreek Golf course and has a great walking trail along the golf course😊

There were some maintenance issues that were noted in previous reviews but they did not affect our enjoyment of the place. It is a very convenient location and you can't beat the view from the balcony - all golf course, trees and mountains. We will be back.

My wife and I have stayed in VRBO properties for many years. This is the first property I would classify as sub standard. It was very poorly cleaned and maintained. When we arrived the garage disposal did not work, bathroom sinks were clogged, shower/tub mixing valve did not work, mold and mildew was growing on tub and shower walls, towels had been put away damp in the linen closet and balcony furniture had been removed and replaced with 2 straight back kitchen chairs. Suggest this property be removed from VRBO recommended list until improvements have been made.

Location was good but the amenities lacked severely. There were a number of light bulbs out when we arrived (half in the bathroom alone). Water came from both the shower and tub faucet at the same time. Two of us were there for 5 nights and we had only 2 bath towels. The TV's were incredibly hard to operate with no instructions provided. The light bulbs were eventually replaced. We were provided 1 extra bath towel. The TV's remained difficult and the tub issue was not resolved.
There were 5 pools but only 1 was heated and the majority of gas grills thoughout the complex did not work

Let me start by saying that I would ideally like to rate this a 3.5 stars if I was able to. 4 is too high and 3 is too low, and if the owners would have gone a little further I might have given them a 4, but there were just too many issues to overlook.
Anasazi is a very nice complex in a great location. The grounds are beautiful and has some decent amenities. There are lots of shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance. That's the good, now for the bad.
The condo itself isn't that bad, but it's dated and has only been partially updated. The kitchen is in rough shape and some of the drawers are about to fall apart. One of the cutlery drawers wouldn't stay closed. The appliances are all fine and work very well. I wasn't a fan of the stove, only because it has the old fashioned burners, and the pan that was supplied was rather large, so I was trying to cook eggs and the pan was wobbling precariously on the burner.
The bathroom seems to be made for shorter people. I'm 6'3" and when I stood in front of the mirror my head was about 8" above the top of it so I had to squat down. The plumbing on the 2 sinks seems to be a bit funky. When you run the water in one of them the other would bubble and burp and occasionally let out a foul odor.
The best part of the condo by far was the bed. It's a newer Posturpedic style mattress and is very comfortable and I slept very well. The bedroom is nice but doesn't have a dresser to put your clothes in so I lived out of my suitcase. My older daughter slept on the pullout couch.. She said it was comfortable, but that wasn't the problem -- there were no linens supplied for it. We ended up having to use a spare king-size fitted sheet from the master bed which didn't fit properly at all, and a throw blanket as a duvet. Fortunately she was warm enough but this wasn't adequate at all. I informed the owners on the first night and they said they would stop by with some linens but never did.
The pools in the complex are all very nice, but due to a gas leak under one of the parking lots the gas to the whole complex was shut down so none of the pools or hot tubs were heated. I realize this is completely out of the owners control but was very disappointing none the less. Fortunately it was very warm when we were there, and we found a pool (#3) that was the warmest and were able to have some pool time.
Would I stay at the complex again? Maybe, but not in that unit, and only if the pools were heated. Good price.

Anasazi Village is nice, but none of the hot tubs were heated, and only 1 of 5 pools were heated.
The potential is good, but the owner needs to step up and take better care of the unit.
If you're tech savvy, eventually you will figure out how to operate the cable tv setup.
2nd level condo so the fact the patio sliders don't lock isn't as important as it would be on the ground floor, but it's indicative of the owners attention to detail.
Plumbing needs attention.
Need more light in living area. Bulbs burnout or missing.
Ask questions before you commit is my advice.

Great escape from the winter back home. We loved waking up to the golf course view and enjoying our coffee outside each morning. Such a quiet location and the condo itself had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The complex was great, we found our favorite pool and had a great time unwinding there daily. We will definitely be back, highly recommend this condo!

Great value for this unit, we stayed all of December visiting family in Paradise and were more than satisfied with the stay. Pictures and description are accurate and most importantly unit is clean as it gets. Views are stunning and this complex is equally comfortable and well maintained. Excellent location in the heart of everything. Communicative owners, excellent instructions provided prior to check in that covers everything. Easiest VRBO experience you'll ever have. Also the pools are close to unit and were hardly occupied. Do not hesitate to book this unit 5 stars all the way. Thank you Stephen.
