The space
Designed with an authentic Southwest and Mexican aesthetic, our 3rd-floor condo offers a light-filled, relaxed retreat in a prime North Scottsdale location close to dining, golf, and hiking.
o Living Room: Inviting and open space featuring warm wood-look floors, central AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable leather couch, Smart TV, authentic pottery, and curated artwork anchored by a rich terracotta accent wall.
o Kitchen & Laundry: Fully stocked with a Keurig coffee station, Ninja air fryer, blender, cookware, and stainless steel appliances, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
o Bedroom: Comfortable medium-firm King bed, new stone-look tile floors (no carpet!), custom blackout curtains, a dedicated desk setup for remote work, and a Smart TV.
o Bathroom: Double-sink vanity (perfect for two people getting ready at once), fresh paint, and plenty of plush towels.
o Balcony: Extra-large covered patio with ambient string lights and comfortable seating looking out into the trees—the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Guest access
Please Note: Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator (stairs required) and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. However, the top-floor placement rewards you with total privacy, abundant natural light, and pleasant tree-canopy views off the balcony!
You’ll have full private access to the entire condo (with easy self check-in), plus community resort amenities: 2 pools (one heated), Jacuzzi, dry sauna, fitness center, putting green, and reserved parking right near the unit. (Note: The community steam room is currently closed for renovation).
Other things to note
Please supervise children at all times while on the balcony due to the 3rd-floor height and balcony railing design.
Neighborhood description
An upscale part of Phoenix and a major travel destination for people coming to Arizona to relax and enjoy sunny weather. Very clean, safe, with dozens of points of interest, thriving restaurants, new shopping centers as well as easy access to world famous golf courses and favorite hiking trails.
Getting around
The best way to move around is by car, Uber/taxi or bike. Freeway 101 is just a few miles away and can take you to many local attractions in the Phoenix valley, popular travel destinations outside of Phoenix (Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff to name a few) as well as Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.
