The Grand Saguaro is a gorgeous, glorious Gilbert luxury home with lots of room for fun on an oversized half-acre lot!!!! This home has enough beds to sleep over 27 people! All brand new furniture, and brand new designer landscaped backyard with brand new sparkling pool and hot tub all just finished as of June 2022!!! A heating fee of $150/night to heat the pool/spa up to 80 degrees or $225/night to heat the pool/spa up to 90 degrees. $75 per night to heat the spa alone. Pet fee of $250 per pet.

If you have a large gathering and want a great place to stay, this is it. The outside spaces are large and great and the bedrooms are great for large groups.

Overall the property along with the backyard & amenities was perfect for what we needed. The only setback was the limited amount of bathrooms (3) for 20 people trying to shower, etc. which made it challenging to get ready on time.

We had a short family trip to the area and wanted to try out a new city. This house was perfect for us - SO MUCH to do, for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

Large group of 17 stayed there while visiting family- plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved playing outside in the pool, mini golf and basketball court. Had all the amenities we needed. There is an additional fee per person to have people come over and visit for the day so plan accordingly for that but overall an amazing home!

The Grand Saguaro was an excellent house to host a family birthday weekend getaway. The house was very clean, roomy, cozy, full of entertainment inside and out. The house had the best amenities, equipment, furnishings, and the best family/team building activities for children and adults. The hosts were expedient, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay! Great family memories were made at this house.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The backyard entertainment space was fantastic for our family - we played lots of pickleball, went swimming every day, and enjoyed multiple meals on the grill. Fantastic memories were made. One recommendation for the future would be to ensure that all listings include prices of heating the hot tub and pool.

Our stay at this property was so awesome! We were in town to attend a family wedding. The VRBO had everything you needed to keep the family entertained! The backyard was truly a fun-filled oasis. We played pickleball, cornhole, basketball, putted around on the greens and the pool and hot tub was just the icing on the cake. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and enjoy family meals. We cooked out on the grill! We had some friendly family competition playing pool! It is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at so far! Everything you needed was close by - Safeway, Starbucks, Top Golf, Ifly - to name a few. The host was very responsive when we had questions! I give this a 10 star review out of 5 stars! :)

Wonderful Property, host was amazing, you have everything you need to accommodate all of the guests comfortably. Fresh towels and linens are clearly marked, enough games and things to do for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

We stayed with 3 families with kids ranging from 5 to 20. There was plenty of space and activities for all ages. We loved the pickle ball court and the pool heat was fantastic. The host made our stay perfect. They were very responsive and were at our door with whatever we needed with in minutes of us asking for anything.

My family very much enjoyed the stay at the Grand Saguaro - the house, inside and outside, was even more impressive than the listing shows. There is plenty of space with different sitting areas inside and outside, the bedrooms are all well laid out, and there is plenty of equipment for outdoor activities. The house also comes with ample dishes, cutlery, and cookware- twice what you need even if you had all the beds filled.

The backyard really looks & feels like paradise. Brand new pool/hot tub, putting green, sport court/pickleball/basketball are all so inviting, gorgeous, and fun. All of the furniture inside & patio furniture outdoors looks brand new and feels high end & luxurious, yet very comfortable & relaxing. This home really is amazing!

This place is wow, wow, wow so beautiful! The host Daniel is very responsive & nice. Home was super clean and the neighborhood & location was so ideal, nice, and close to about everything needed! So much to do for entertainment & playing, but also so many ways to relax & enjoy this home. The backyard with the pool is definitely gorgeous and my overall favorite thing about this home! The kitchen was also one of my favorite things and so great for entertaining and cooking! Such an amazing home!

We loved everything about our experience here. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped from the furniture and mattresses to the kitchen equipment and electronics. But the real memories were made in the one-of-a-kind backyard and playground. There was something for everyone! The swimming pool and hot tub, pickleball court, putting green, and trampoline were all in almost constant use. This home shows beautifully in the photographs, but it still exceeded all our expectations. Thank you!

This house was everything we hoped and more. Stayed with my adult kids and their significant others. Amenities at the house kept everyone entertained all weekend! Only problem was the master bedroom mattress was soft and allowed my body to cave in; no back support. I could barely walk after a few hours of sleep. Slept in the bed in the room next door and was much better!! Highly recommend this house for a great time!

Do not pass this one up!!! You will not find a better property. Freshly remodeled with top notch, beautiful finishes. Daniel the host is very quick to respond & helpful for suggestions on places to visit & things to do in town. Such a great location, great clean neighborhood with very close access to parks and downtown Gilbert! And it is only about a 30-35 min drive to downtown Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix & most other attractions in the metro area! We really loved the basketball & pickleball court, the patio swing, and the refreshing pool! There are so many little details that set this home apart and that really makes it so fun, relaxing & luxurious! They even had a tiki toss game on the patio!

Our family stayed a week in AZ and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were at this house. It was clean and had an beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The pickleball court was the reason we initially booked the property and we did use it every day. We ate every meal outside on the patio, and used the putting green, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit, and played cornhole. We had fantastic weather and we were outside in the backyard every day. t was a great setup for my elderly parents to be on the main floor. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and had a very spacious bedroom, bathroom, and closet. I appreciated all the extra towels and blankets and laundry soap. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive. It was definitely a place I would rent again. We made some great family memories!

We had an amazing family week at the Grand Saguaro. Our entire family of 9 adults and 11 children (ages 5 - 18) spent the week during Spring Break at this house that felt like a resort. The kids would bounce from one activity to the next all day long. There was always someone in the pool, playing pickleball and bouncing on the trampoline. We had putting contests, card games and even a family pickleball tournament during the week. We never needed to leave the house although when we did everything was conveniently close. We ate at Agritopia, played Top Golf and left for hiking a couple mornings but everyone was always excited to get back to the house and enjoy all the amenities. It had a commercial kitchen that we cooked and grilled at easily with plenty of room for a large family. The nightly time by the fire pit was a favorite of everyone’s after dinner and became a great way to finish each day. The owners were quick to respond to a couple questions we had and took care of things very quickly. A great place to stay and enjoy time together with your family. We would highly recommend!
