The Space:

Inside, three well-designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests:

- Bedroom 2: two twin/twin bunk beds, shared bathroom, smart TV

- Bedroom 3: queen bed, beanbags, shared bathroom, smart TV



The open-concept living room flows right into the kitchen and dining area, so nobody's left out of the conversation while you're cooking. Guest Access:

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, minus a locked owner's closet, with easy keypad entry so there's nothing to juggle at check-in.



The Neighborhood:

You're right in the heart of Arcadia, a leafy, citrus-lined Phoenix neighborhood tucked at the foot of Camelback Mountain, and it shows the moment you pull up.



Food & drink: Some of the city's best local spots are within walking distance or a quick stroll away, and a short drive opens up even more of Arcadia's dining scene, from casual patios to upscale steakhouses.



Outdoors: Camelback Mountain hiking trails and the Arizona Canal path are both close by, perfect for a morning walk or bike ride.



Attractions: The Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Zoo, and Heard Museum are all an easy drive away, great for a family day out.



Shopping: Biltmore Fashion Park is about 10 minutes away, with Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall roughly 15-20 minutes out.



Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore everything Arcadia and the greater Phoenix area have to offer, with parking for up to 3 vehicles right at the house. Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you'd prefer not to drive.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



The minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway and front door of the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



The pool isn't heated, but it runs naturally warm enough for swimming from roughly June through September.



Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. We ask that guests avoid parking on the street.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

- Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

- Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
