Stayed here with family for son's college graduation. John was very accommodating. House was perfect for our family gathering. Pool and jacuzzi worked great for spending time with the family. Would definitely rebook this one in the future.

Very nice and clean property. The house is very comfortable and fully stocked. The location is amazing as it sits on a golf course and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Book this place now because it won’t disappoint

Everything was Fabulous 🏡 ☀️

From booking to staying this home was perfect for me and my family. The home had everything and more to make us feel comfortable. This home is truly a Gem to stay at in Glendale . It was super easy to get to the baseball fields , grocery story and the gym .

Great family destination!

Fabulous home. We totally enjoyed ourselves! The heated pool, hot tub, great grassed in back yard for the kids to run around! The large kitchen was perfect supplied with everything to make it easy to cook amazing meals. Location of property was also great for us to visit family and enjoy a few fun excursions Old Town in Scottsdale and other surrounding places.

Beautiful property & great location

Perfect for an extended family traveling together! Everyone had their own room and we were able to have a central space to play board games and hang out every evening. The highlight of the property for me was the hummingbirds and fresh fruit trees!!

Arizona stay

This was our second extended stay at this property. Very well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed all the fresh fruit on the trees in the backyard. With cooler temperatures this trip, the heated pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Overall, beautiful home in a nice location. John is very quick in his response and very nice to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Spring Training House

My family has stayed at John's house twice in the last two years for Spring Training. The location is perfect for hitting multiple stadiums, the house has plenty of room for families. We love using the jacuzzi every evening and making fresh juice from the (tangelos?) in the morning! John is extremely responsive. We will stay here more if it is available to us on future dates!

Great House- Great Sstay

A very positive experience. House: This house was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the juicer often to make lemonaide and orange juice from the fresh fruit on the trees. There was ample seating room in the living room and kitchen (large kitchen). The beds were very comfortable except one of the twin beds was very rocky on its roller base but ok for kids. The master bedroom is huge! Most of the house has been updated. Outside: Great back yard! The pool was great temp for the grandkids as they like it warm. The hot tub was big and adjustable temp. There is plenty of seating room outside and we used the grill often. Plenty of shade and fruit trees. Location: Very easy to get to off the 101 and I loved the neighborhood. We hiked the Arrowhead Point trail just 1-2 miles away in the Thunderbird Mt. area. The guys golfed the Arrowhead Ranch golf course that backs up to the house. They also golfed the 500 Club course near there. I walked across 59th Ave to that neighborhood- big houses that back to a continuous back yard river. We also went to the Wildlife Park and Zoo, horseback riding, and Easter egg hunt in Surprise. There was some street noise from 59th and the 101 but not bad. We didn't hear it at night as our windows were closed. I hightly recommend this VRBO! John, the owner, was very responsive.

Amazing as always

This was our second time renting this place and we love it. It’s very comfortable for my husband and our boys (5&6). Hot tub allowed for early morning activity and we enjoyed the heated pool every day. Easy jog to Thunderbird mountain and close to everything. We will surely be back. Thanks very much to John for making our stay so pleasant!

The property was just as listed. It was clean, and in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay; it was quiet and safe. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard patio.

Baseball Tournament Stay

Great property and location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the ball parks we played at. Owners were spot on with information. Really enjoyed sitting outside during the evening while enjoying the pool.

Very Professional

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and located conveniently near the grocery store and gas station and is a very private quiet location. We will definitely be back. John was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, great choice

This Glendale property turned out to be a wonderful choice for our vacation. When I visited my sisters who live in that area, we all stayed there. It is a very lovely, spacious home, maybe 2000 Sq ft, that shows signs of care and love. There's an open concept layout yet each area is distinct. Furnishings are comfortable. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens. The yard is huge with a pool, hot tub, a large grassy yard, and even some lemon trees and hummingbirds. It is well appointed and shows the benefits of attention. If we had to communicate with the owner about anything, we reached him with ease. On one of our days there, my nephew and his wife visited with their kids for a day of swimming and BBQ. I also must say the master suite is exactly that, a beautiful and masterful suite of a large bedroom with a second door that leads out to the patio and pool, an amazing bathroom, and a walk-in closet. It's all one level, great since I have disabilities, and provided us with many features that made us feel at home. The location is awesome, it was close to stores and restauratants and we even used Doordash easily. It's pet friendly. If you were going to choose a vacation place in the Glendale area, you couldn't find better. All of our communication was with the owner, not the manager, and he did his best to see that our stay went well. I couldn't give it any rating less than 5 stars.

Superb, Great Location

Just what we needed from a getaway from chilly Minnesota. Family of 6, lots of room, and great location 2 mins from the 101 Loop. Lovely Pool, quiet neighborhood, and house was beautifully equipped. Nice Hot Tub, garden and sandpit with Bocce Balls! Could not have asked for a nicer home, or better host. I thoroughly recommend this property.

Great house for family or couples trip

We very much enjoyed our family stay at this home. We have two kids (4 and 6) who spent hours in the pool and hot tub every day. The hot tub was warm and the pool warm enough but still refreshing. Kitchen will stocked will all and more than needed silverware and dish selection. Coffee and K cup maker. Large open area for playing or hosting guests. Very safe area for exploring - my husband and I ran a few times up 59th avenue and through Arrowhead lakes at sunrise. We enjoyed a few fresh oranges and lemons from the onsite fruit trees. Landscaping and pool were in amazing condition. Washer and dryer worked well. After a few "not so great" rentals in Phx - this one stands out as our VERY BEST! We can't wait to visit again soon.

Great House

Great house in a very convenient and nice location. We had everything we needed for our stay. House has beautiful updates, was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as listed, owner easy to communicate with. No issues, would definitely stay here again.
