This home is a gem in the heart of North Scottsdale. We take GREAT PRIDE in our properties and this again, is one we took exceptional care in to making it the perfect destination home you will never want to leave! (If this one is booked or above your price point, please be sure to consider messaging us for our other homes, of the same caliber)!
Our home is moments away from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge and only about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Our home has been remodeled top to bottom and filled with the finest furnishings. The master bedroom has one of the most serene soaking tubs that will no doubt help you relax and start your vacation off right. The home fits comfortably with 6 beds. There are 3 bedrooms as well: a room with 2 twin beds (which can be converted to king upon request), a room with a queen, master has king bed and den is set with a day bed that pulls out with 2 twins total with heated pool. We have a pack n play as well. With the pool table and incredible back yard, this home is an entertainers dream and the perfect destination to enjoy a family or friend gathering! Great home for a get-away staycation!

Loved staying at this property, very convenient to everything. Enjoyed a night with family playing games, family dinner, and relaxing. Lots of restaurants nearby if cooking isn’t your thing, house was well appointed with all the essentials plus some. Thank you to the host!

This property is laid out very well for a family with plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and putting green in the backyard are wonderful. We stayed in December and still enjoyed using all the outdoor amenities. The location is great - convenient and easy to get to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

House is as advertised, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. My family loved every minute of our stay. Owner was excellent, check in was easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely getaway

Our family has been traveling to Scottsdale from the East Coast for many years but this was our best visit ever. The house is imnaculate and well stocked. The pool and hot tub are perfectly situated in the yard and the owner is friendly and readily accesible if you have any questions. I highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Scottsdale.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our family. The house is clean and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, basic condiments, dishes, towels, pool towels and more. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was conveniently located and easy to find. Communication with Paul was excellent and he was very quick to respond if we had any questions. Fantastic stay in Scottsdale!

Our family had such a wonderful time in this home. We have rented many properties over the years and this is by far the most well appointed we’ve seen. Paul provides many necessities (bath supplies, paper products, condiments and cooking basics, etc) which eliminates the need for the renter to purchase those things. We had everything we needed to cook meals at home when desired. The location was perfect! The home is beautifully decorated and just as described in the listing. We highly recommend staying in this property and any others Paul may have! Thank you for a wonderful vacation in beautiful Arizona.

Highly recommend

This property is a gem both in terms of accommodations as well as location. Just miles from Kierland and all the great shops and restaurants. Paul was a marvelous host. Helpful but not intrusive. He added two extra lounge chairs for our group of four which were key to us all being able to enjoy the sun together each day. He also lent us a pump to inflate a couple of pool toys so that we didn't have to purchase one. The home was very well appointed, and Paul provided many necessities such as paper goods, shampoo/conditioner, soap and laundry and cleaning supplies that are often overlooked by other hosts and have to be purchased by the guests. We have been using VRBO for twenty years, and this house was definitely ranked in our top stays. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Absolutely beautiful

Paul communicated with us from day one. I booked last minute and he went out of his way to have his home ready for us when we arrived. The house was fully stocked with laundry detergent, paper products, kitchen items, shampoo, etc… I have never stayed in a home that had as much as this home did! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I barely left the house as I didn’t want to leave that area. It was so relaxing. He even provides an outdoor speaker to use! The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed ourselves. I definitely will be back. Thank you Paul!

Wonderful Home!!!!

We had a lovely stay in this great home. It’s bright, open and airy. Immaculately clean, well appointed, and amazingly stocked with everything you could need to make your stay perfect. The pool was great and the hot tub was an added bonus, which we loved. The garden area is very nice, quiet and not overlooked, with very comfy seating and a bbq. Paul was brilliant, responding to emails very quickly, and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. I can’t recommend this home enough, and would not hesitate to stay here again, especially as this property is not managed by a property management company.

Perfect vacation

This house was exactly what we wanted for a week vacation with a 3 year old and a newborn. The house was the perfect size, very clean and accommodating to children. We were 2 minutes from a grocery store, about 15/20 minutes from shopping and hikes. Paul was very responsive, but we didn’t really need any help as the house was fully stocked and in great condition. The pool was amazing for the days and the hot tub was great for the nights. Would absolutely stay here again if we go back to Arizona!
