The Space:

Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this two-story Chandler home is built for gathering. Cannonball into the heated pool, line up a putt on the backyard green, or settle in for corn hole and ladder ball while the grill gets going on the patio! Inside, the fully stocked kitchen and roomy family room make it easy for everyone to spread out and still feel together.



With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests:

Bedrooms are split across two levels, so keep stairs in mind if that's a factor for your group. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy Chandler!



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, aside from a locked cleaners' closet. Parking is available in the driveway and garage for up to 4 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

This cul-de-sac location puts you close to everything the East Valley has to offer while still feeling tucked away and quiet.



Food & drink: A short drive brings you into Downtown Chandler, where you'll find a lively mix of restaurants, breweries, and casual eateries.



Shopping: A nearby mall and shopping district make for an easy afternoon of browsing, roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive.



Outdoors & entertainment: Parks, golf courses, and family-friendly attractions are all within easy reach for an afternoon out.



Getting around without a car is realistic here too, with Uber and Lyft both readily available in the area.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for exploring the wider Phoenix area, though rideshare is easy to grab for nights out. Sky Harbor International Airport is roughly 20 to 25 minutes away, making arrivals and departures a breeze.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



Heated pool fee is $150/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
