Have fun with the whole family at the community pool or nearby Founders Park splashpad. Enjoy a meal with the whole group at the formal dining table or sit back and sip your coffee in peace in the newly remodeled sitting nook. Dine out or go shopping before catching a movie at Queen Creek Marketplace and Costco 1 mile away. Eat outside in the freshly landscaped backyard with dining setting. Or snuggle up and stream a movie or series over WiFi on any of the 4 smart TVs.

You will love this home and the relaxing, chic ambience inside and in the backyard. Perfect for entertaining family and friends! All TV's in the home accomodate hulu, netflix, vidangel, prime video, Disney plus, etc. High speed wireless internet. The master bedroom has a desk to work from, full walk in close and en-suite bathroom. Queen bedroom also has a desk (sleeps 2). Twin bedroom has two twin beds (sleeps 2). The bunk bedroom where the kids can play also sleeps 2. A 6.5 mile from Phoenix Gateway Airport, just 8 minutes outside of the Town of Gilbert. Ten minutes from Legacy Sports Complex and Revel Surf at Cannon Beach, to open Spring 2023!

Queen Creek Marketplace just 5 minutes away has a plethora of delicious dining options, a multitude of fashion shopping stores and you'll be able to shop for everyday items too at Target and Walmart! Harkins Theaters is there too, with a Dave & Busters opening Spring of 2023.

If you love the outdoors, there are so many options of activities to do! Queen Creek Wash trail is just a 4 minute bike ride away, with 6 miles of paved path to ride, walk or run. It passes right by Mansel Carter Oasis Park which has a fishing lake, skate park, sand volleyball courts and basketball courts. If hiking is your thing, San Tan Mountain Regional Park is a 15 minute drive, with many trails for hikers of every level.
