Great room with a working fireplace and vaulted ceilings. A dining room connected to the open concept kitchen and great room. We stayed there for 6 weeks in Jan 2022. Condo was clean but small. Garage was a plus. Close to downtown Scottsdale & Green Belt. Disappointed in condition of items in kitchen (non-stick surfaces of pots & pans were badly scratched). Be aware that condo is on 2nd floor & accessible by only many steps. Nice welcome basket of useful items.

Good location. Nice updated condo Garage was a plus. Be aware that the garbage dumpsters are right next to the garage and you have to walk by them to get to the front door. The good news was that we never got woken up by garbage trucks emptying out the bins. Also note that the condo HOA doesn’t allow guests to have gate remotes so you always have to key in the code (not convenient spot) to get in and if you are biking or walking out you need to use a gate key. Other than those minor things we thought the place was great and we’d recommend it to others.

This is an awesome Condo. Close to Old Town and only 5 blocks away from Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants play. The Condo is an end unit so has lots of light. Will definitely stay again!
