This inviting 1,556-square-foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With an open-concept layout and seamless indoor-outdoor living, it's designed for relaxation and connection.

Living Room:
Unwind in the cozy living space featuring contemporary furnishings, a plush sectional sofa, an accent chair, and a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a spacious kitchen island, and windows looking out to the inviting private pool!

Dining Area:
Enjoy your meals at the elegant table with seating for eight surrounded by natural light and warm desert tones. Enjoy the smaller eating space off the living room that offers seating for 4 and tons of natural lighting

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV and Ensuite bathroom with dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, Smart TV and Access to the same shared full bathroom

Outdoor Oasis
Step into your private backyard retreat featuring a resort-style heated pool, above-ground hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating for lounging or dining under the stars. Propane BBQ grill for outdoor meals

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
