Very nice, clean and updated space that had all the amenities we needed. Home is a mother-in-law type unit with your own private access, small patio, your own parking space and is also on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus that they had washer and dryer. Very nice, comfortable space and would definitely stay again if we come back to the Phoenix area!

Quiet and unique property!!! Loved the animals and the fruit trees. Owners Alvin & Jessica went above and beyond our expectations. Their help was really appreciated!!!! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay in Mesa/ Phoenix!!! We loved it!!! We shall be back!!!

It was home away from home. Actually better. I wanted to stay. Lol very cute with everything we needed and then some. So comfortable and loved the decor. Goats in the way back I could see from the window Definitely stay again when we come to town to see family. Plenty of room for for more than just us. 5+ stars

This was really clean, nice & quiet. It was near our friends we were visiting. We only had cereal for breakfast & then left for all day so we didn’t use the dishwasher or stove. We also didn’t use the laundry. We will definitely stay again & hopefully for a longer time.

Every about the location & property was perfect. House was clean and well appointed. So great picking our grapefruit, lemons and oranges from the trees on the property. Jessica and Alvin were considerate and thoughtful hosts. Going above and beyond responding to our questions and needs. The property is super nice with a kitchen that has everything you need with higher end finishes. Nice big TVs in the living room and bedroom. The washer and dryer are a huge bonus for us when we are traveling. The hosts were very responsive. Loved seeing the goats in the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.

The guest house and property really exceeded expectations. Well-appointed, up to date, spacious and charming it was a perfect location for us to visit family in Mesa and Scottsdale and also near our favorite hiking and Salt River adventures. My wife and I stayed two nights in Mesa at this property. It was appointed beautifully, and the owners were very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend anyone staying in the Mesa area to rent this property. You won’t be sorry!

This was perfect for us to visit my recently widowed Mother. She stayed over a few nights since she was able to bring her small dog. She also enjoyed going out to see the livestock. She and my Dad had a small ranch nearby a few years back.
