Excellent place to stay. All amenities, place was nice and clean and the contacts, especially Beth, were very accommodating and responsive. Nice central location, 3 pool options and close to immediate hiking.Definitely would recommend!

This place was exactly as described. But maybe better. There was a TV in the master bedroom and I think it had been painted since the pictures that were online. Everything was above expectations. I would stay there again

The property was exactly as described, clean and had amenities for cooking along with the small extras like drip coffee, a kerig machine and a hair dryer. We packed light due to a short trip so having the extras was a plus.

It was not very clean and needs updating. The complex was well maintained, the pools and hot tub were very nice. There should be a regulated standard that Vrbo adheres to when units are put up for rent.However, we got shocked several times entering the code at the east gate. That should be looked at.

This was a very nice place despite it being an older building. The condo was clean and welcoming and the pool and grounds were very nice and kept up with. They were doing landscaping work early in the morning for 2 days which was disturbing for a person on vacation wanting to sleep in but it was understandable with the Phoenix heat. The hosts do leave unused food & drink which didn’t bother me but I’ve heard some people don’t like that. I figure as long as it’s unopened, it’s fine. Anyway, 8 out of 10 for the stay and definitely recommend it.

Thank you so much for a great place to stay to move our daughter to ASU! A little drive from downtown, but perfect to get away from the hustle and bust of there. Very clean and comfortable stay. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

The condominium complex were excellent. I really appreciated being close to North Mountain for hiking. It’s also located centrally so that you can get just about anywhere in Phoenix within 30 to 40 minutes. The hosts were very accommodating and lived close by so they could be there fairly quickly, if anything came up.

Overall not a bad place. The directions I got beforehand said main contact would be the gentlemen, and text him prior to coming. I text him, and he wasn’t very friendly telling me to contact his wife he was at work. I wouldn’t have contacted him had the directions not said to as such. I also wish check out was a little later, considering the list of to dos before we can leave.

We flew in from Kansas around noon on Saturday and had a weeding at 4. Talked with our Host and they were able to let us do and early check-in so we could get ready for the wedding. Upon arrival the neighbor next door was out and greeted us and was super friendly. As we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am, we rushed, and my daughter dropped her Air Pods under the bed. We reached out to Beth our host, and they went over and found them and shipped them back to us. Great Communication as well as great stay. Thanks so much..
