Modern Farmhouse design in the heart of Phoenix with PRIVATE & secluded HEATED pool(No additional charge for the heated pool). Pets stay at no cost, FREE SUPER FAST Internet, fully equipped kitchen, private putting green, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer and 2 car garage attached. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to all major freeways and some of the best restaurants in town. All beds are equipped with 1,800+ thread count linen. We support equality!

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Phoenix. No event or party's will be tolerated.

Pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional cost to the guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may not reach 85 degrees.

This amazing home has been going through renovations and has been fully furnished by professional interior designers. The attention to details throughout the home is particular. The large & quiet backyard is equipped with it's own private heated pool (The pool heater is set at 85 degrees from October to April at no additional cost to guests), small mini golf, large private covered patio and barbecue grill. Also, we offer a super fast WIFI. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own Smart television and each are loaded with free Roku TV and local channels. Located minutes from all major freeways with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport, old Scottsdale, Kierland, Desert Ridge, downtown Phoenix and Cardinal Stadium.'

Swimming pool is heated between the months of October until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Pets stay without additional fees but please pick up after them.

This was our family’s first vacation in Phoenix and this property was everything we needed for our family of 4. Each of our teenagers had their own comfy bed to sleep in and they loved the pool and putting green. It was close to the airport, golf, and shopping so it was very convenient. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Really a decent property. Only thing that could be upgraded is that there was dog hair and. Communication with manager was awesome.

We visited for a staycation. I feel like the backyard is smaller than it appears in the photos. The house was good. The couches could use some TLC as they look like they are falling forward. The pool needed to be cleaned but a pool cleaning scoop was provided. The area was good. Quiet neighbors.

This home is exactly as described .... homey & comfortable. The kitchen has multitude of pots/pans for cooking, heated pool is great plus we really enjoyed the putting green & none of us are golfers! Only a 10-20 minute drive to most local sites to visit.
