1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so.

What a relief! Terrific Place.
Wowie - this was a delightful place to stay in. From being able to park right outside my door, the security of a deadbolt with a combination lock, a wide open bright, lovely apartment that was very clean, big bed, very comfortable, washer and dryer and a full sized fridge. I was stranded here with a car that was not working properly, and could not have been happier. I was able to call DoorDash and other deliverers, prepare my own meals, wash my clothes, and take care of everything I needed to take care of, including work, all within the comfort of this apartment. Thoughtfully appointed and lovingly cared for with a very responsive host.

Everything about this listing was accurate and our stay was PERFECT! The apartment is like an in law suite and everything is better then pictured. Loved everything about this place. Welcoming neighborhood, sense of peace and quiet. Great food located relatively close. The home itself was clean and perfect for one or two people. The furniture was nice and clean and the owners seem like they provide a lot to accommodate. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area!!
