Modern 1-bedroom condo in North PHX with pool/spa

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo. Close to the loop 101(easy access to Scottsdale/Peoria), & close to the I-17 for easy access to Sky Harbor (PHX) airport, downtown Phoenix, dining, shopping, golf, Lake Pleasant for kayaking, & State Farm Stadium.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including a flat screen tv, cozy fireplace, electric, fully reclining couch in a welcoming space. The kitchen is fully furnished for 4. There are pool towels available for your convenience.

The space
Clean, modern, and cozy, but home-y and welcoming at the same time.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy one of the four on-site pools that each have a water feature, hot tub, shaded dining area, and grill. The pools are heated at different times throughout the year, and open 24/7. There is a 24/7 gym and sauna available. The clubhouse gives you access to a movie theatre room, event space, meeting room, reading room, pool table, ping pong table, and full kitchen. All that is required is that you give me 72 hours' notice to book it for you!

Also available in the condo: air mattress, pack-n-play, high chair, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, full size washer and dryer... if you need anything else provided, just ask, and we can make it happen!

Early check-in (before 4 p.m.) and late check out (after 11 a.m.) are both available for free, depending on schedule. Please contact me if you are interested. Guaranteed early check-in or late check out is available for a fee.
