Floor to ceiling windows showcase the unobstructed stunning landscape that surrounds this property and the breathtaking views must be seen to be believed. In 2023 the house was completely rennovated. The Troon North Community Park gives residents convenient access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, a picnic area, dog park and the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, Browns Ranch Trailhead and Tom's Thumb Trailhead.
