The entrance hall presents a pool table, leading you into the expansive living room and kitchen area. The living room boasts ample seating with a roomy sectional and extra chairs, creating the perfect space for relaxation and creating memories.



Awaiting your culinary adventures is a kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a large central island illuminated by chic pendant lights, a walk-in pantry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool and spa are private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, Trash vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

This Deluxe 4 B/R home located in the quiet neighborhood in the heart of Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Estrella is filled with more than 40 parks, lakes, Championship golf, and stunning mountain views



Estrella Mountain Regional Park is 12 miles away. The park offers a variety of hiking, biking and horse trails, as well as great bird and wildlife watching opportunities. Park is open 365 days a year – 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday's and Saturday's.



Estrella Star Tower is 5 miles away.



Golf Park of Estrella is 2 miles away.



Phoenix International Raceway is 14 miles away. The motorsport track opened in 1964 and currently hosts two Nascar race weekends each year

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

This agreement outlines the house rules and safety guidelines for the property. Providing the signed agreement and ID is required to honor the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Pets are welcome - additional fees may apply depending on the pet and the size. Usually it is $25 per night per pet

Pool Heat is available with minimum of two consecutive days fees will apply

Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance. There is also a camera facing the gate in the back yard and one in the garage. There are no cameras facing the pool or any interior areas.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
