RELAX & unwind in this very cozy and comfortable townhome end-unit in the valley of the sun! Welcome to Tesoro at Grayhawk - a beautiful, gated master planned community in an absolute fabulous location. 1/2 mile walk (one way) to Starbucks, grocery, shopping, and fantastic restaurants!! The unit is a fully updated with it's own private entrance and an attached 2 car garage. The 2br/2ba split bedroom layout offers granite c'tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 balconies, 3 flat screen TV's, pool, and 2 hot tubs. The monthly rental fee covers a $150 credit toward gas and electric - all other utilities are covered. A short jaunt away are 2 championship Grayhawk golf courses (Talon & Raptor - Phil Mickelson is the ambassador), grocery, Starbucks coffee shop, and several fantastic restaurants/bars.
