Cozy home with Pool next to Cardinal Stadium, Casino and more

  • Welcome to Glendale Az! Our home is located in a great neighborhood. We are across the street from Arizona Cardinals stadium, Desert Diamond Arena ,Westgate Entertainment Center, AMC theaters, Casinos and more.

    The space
    The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have a selection of movies for adults and kids. Life size connect four, jenga, and a pool table for you to enjoy.

    Garage is not available.

    Jacuzzi is only heated during the months of October through April and is only available on request prior to arrival and for an additional fee. $40 per day. Pool is not heated

    If you workout everyday you can run or walk the green belt. If you walk out of the house turn right and follow the road to the end and you will see the green belt. You can take the trail all the way to the stadium. It's a very nice walk.

This house was beautiful! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. House and pool were clean. Communication with the host was very easy they answered every question in a timely manner. I will definitely be staying here again.

Along with 4 teenage boys, in town for Spring Training, La Casa Verde was the perfect house for us! The kids loved the pool (even tho it was a bit cold for me!) and the pool table inside was a big hit! Nice touches were bottled water, snacks and good coffee! Veronica was very responsive for a couple of problems we encountered. A great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the La Case Verde. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 teenage children. We loved the outdoor space including the pool, Hottub, grill and seating areas. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The pool table was great, along with access to washer and dryer. The neighborhood was close to many restaurants and grocery options. Having access to an extensive walking trail was a bonus for early morning runs. Overall 10/10.

Our hosts were very friendly and responsive.The house was clean and had extra snacks and water bottles. Our granddaughters truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and even the cold dip in the swimming pool.The pool table was a big hit with everyone.

Perfect Place

Stayed a few days in Glendale and the house was in the perfect location. Checkin was a breeze and home had everything we could have wanted and more. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

The house was so wonderful. The treats upon arrival were awesome. Home is close to everything. We even walked to the stadium! Beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Great location, close to stadium, restraints and entertainment.

We stayed here because it was close to the stadium for a football game. Tons of great restaraunts, bars, entertainment with walking distance. The home was just as advertised. Clean, everything worked great, comfortable and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend
